This phase may seem as if you are pulled in all directions without clear information on how to respond. You may be being pushed into making a decision that you feel you are not ready to make. Hold steady, you are okay. Work is needed and you can’t avoid it, it repeatedly is thrown in your face until action is made. This builds your strength so that you are ready to fly!

This may be a situation where you are having to work with people that have diverse ideas and goals. Instead of going in with the idea that it is your way or the highway, listen and learn. There are many paths forward, consider all their strengths and weaknesses, then you will be able to choose the one that is the best path forward.

If you flip your reaction when confronted with tension and stressful times to one of what can I learn from this, you will learn a skill set that will benefit you when facing many situations. When you learn to resolve your inner tensions, you will then you will have the skill set to resolve outer tensions.
