The Healing Heart

The process of healing heart energy always begins and ends with yourself. How you love yourself is how you will experience love from another. This can be a hard truth to understand and accept. Loving yourself is not selfish, it is an act of accepting and honoring yourself. Loving yourself is to connect with the Divine Love within you, which then radiates from you to all around you.

If you are finding it hard to love yourself, are dealing with heart break, and/or have difficulty opening your heart to love, now is the time to heal, and to deal with the emotions that are holding you back. Journaling is a good way to release anger, grief, unwillingness. Get it all out on paper. Release the pain. Open yourself up to believing you are worthy of love.

Watch how you talk to and about yourself. This is where you will find if you are making progress. You do not talk negatively nor degrade someone you love. If you find you are doing this, it is time to break that habit and make a new habit of talking lovingly to yourself.
