The animal kingdom has messages that they would like to share with you. Have you been seeing the same animal repeatedly? This includes not only in life form, but in books, photos, etc. or is there an animal that you think of often, even dream of? An animal that you just like? These would be the animals that have messages for you. Look up their characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses. There you will find the messages that they have for you.

Just as you are able to ask your angels and guides for assistance in any area, you may also ask your animal totems for their assistance in solving an issue you are facing. You may be surprised on how quickly the answer comes to you. Be open to messages that they bring.

Add your animal totems to your daily meditation practice. Animal totems bring spirit messages also. Different animals are connected to different gods and goddesses, and carry their messages. Remember that messages can come in many forms, thoughts, visions, emotions. Allow yourself to feel your totems energy, which brings clarity and understanding of the messages they being.
