This card comes in to gently remind you of the importance of clearing your energetic field often and regularly. Everyone is emitting energy whether or not they know it or believe it. Sometimes this energy is looking to connect and sap energy from another. This could be friends, family, coworkers, people you come in contact with throughout your day, anyone or thing that comes across your energy field can hook in and attach to you. This includes the internet and social media. Having proper energy shielding helps, but sometimes despite your best efforts, your energy gets tapped into.

There are many ways to clear your energy field, using white light, asking archangel Michael to assist, using the violet flame, these are but a few ways. Clearing your energy after you leave places is a good habit to have. Clearing your energy at the end of the day is another good one. Being proactive and consciously setting your boundaries before starting your day, entering buildings is good also.

Energy vampires are real, and they may be the nicest people and totally unaware that they are doing this. Makes no difference to your energy field, they are still sapping your life force. You may be aware of the energy vampires in your life; you can choose to avoid them or even cut them out of your life. Set boundaries and ask your guardian angels and guides to assist you in protecting your life force.
