Letting Go of Urgency

This comes in as a gentle reminder to stop trying to control everything in your life. It is time to let go of urgency. Urgency can grow exponentially in your life if you allow it. But under scrutiny you will find that many of the things you felt were urgent, are not. Many times you fill your life with urgency because you are avoiding feeling. Much easier to cover up those feelings with urgent matters.

Now is the time to surrender your need to control and start focusing on your life. It is time to address what you have been avoiding. Possibility’s are great that this thing you are avoiding is smaller and easier to deal with than you previously thought.

You will find that you will have more free time now that you have managed urgency. You can use that time to visit with friends and family. Relax in the park. Spend some time on your long forgotten hobby. It is time to put yourself first and enjoy your life.
