This comes in as a gentle reminder that it is time to renew your life force energy. In order to move forward you need to take care of yourself now. It is not selfish to make your own needs a priority. Practice self care. You were given a physical body to house your soul during this lifetime; you need to care for and treat your physical body like the sacred vassal it is.

Take time to evaluate all that is in your life right now, this includes things as well as people, does it add value to your well being, or does it draw from your well being with nothing given in return? Do not forget to go through your internet groups and people. They too can sap your life force or add to it. Release all that is no longer in alignment with you, with love.

When the outer world is harsh, retreat into your inner sanctuary. The place where you connect with your soul and the Divine. This is where you replenish your life force. This is your wellspring of nourishment for your heart. Fill your physical inner sanctuary with all that you love, this is your retreat, your place to release any burdens and to feel yourself surrounded by love and cared for by the Divine Mother.
