It is time to take a break from the heaviness that life may be for you now and lighten up through joyful play. You did not come into this life to experience hardship. You came into life to experience all that life in the physical can bring. This includes laughing so hard that snot comes out your nose and you snort in delight. It is time to have some fun!

The fastest and easiest way to refill your life force energy, is to do something that makes your heart joyful, something even, dare I say, silly! Just because you are an adult with responsibilities doesn’t mean that you are not also a child that needs to express themselves with play and laughter.

The elves and fairies know how important play is. They may play harmless tricks on humans to help them lighten up. If you want to more easily connect with the fairies and elven kingdoms, be playful, laugh from your belly, let your inner child run free. Run barefoot through the grass, spread your arms wide, look up and twirl around til you fall laughing to the ground. Color outside of the lines. Allow your heart to open and be in joy.
