Often, feelings of unworthiness get in the way of receiving healing. For whatever reason, you feel you do not deserve to be whole. It is time for you to heal this belief. In order to heal this you must admit to yourself that it is time, and you are ready to receive whatever help is necessary in order to move forward.

Take some time today and reflect on what is coming up for you right now that is ready to be healed. Then take the steps necessary to make that happen, go on, you are worthy.
