Is self love and acceptance part of your daily practice? If not you should consider making it part of it. If you find you have resistance to this practice, take some time to go within and see what your resistance is masking.

Perhaps you feel you are not worthy of love; that too many things are ‘wrong’ with you. Maybe you look for outside validation of your worth. It is time to heal these aspects and move into loving yourself just as you are in this very moment.

You are a beloved child of the divine. You are a unique and beautiful soul, here to share your gifts that you alone have. Wrap yourself in divine love, look deep into your own eyes (use a mirror) and tell yourself each and every day that you are loved beyond measure.
