When you are walking your spiritual path, you may erroneously believe that you will no longer experience negativity in your life. You have not failed, nothing is wrong with you, you are a soul on a human journey and you will experience challenges.

When challenges appear in your life, they are opportunities for growth. You always have a choice in how you will respond. You can choose to respond from a higher perspective.

When you feel as though you are stuck in a pattern of negative thinking, pause, take a breath and see what small steps you can take to get out of this cycle. Often, helping those less fortunate than yourself can quickly assist you in moving forward.
