It is time for you to stop hating your body, being at war with your body. It is time for you to honor and respect your body for all the glorious things it does for you. You choose this body to house your soul in this incarnation, for that alone you should honor your body.

Take some time today to engage in activities that celebrate your physical body. There are numerous ways to do so, each as individual as we are. Your body is an expression of the Divine, love and appreciate all that it does for you.
