Take the position of detached observer. Taking in all that is going on, being able to see the big picture when you are not personally caught up in the drama of the situation. Doing this can assist you in doing what is for the highest good for all involved.

Whenever you find yourself too emotionally involved in a situation or outcome, that is the time to step back and go into observer mode.
