Life in physical form can be so serious and stressful, but it is important to remember that life is an adventure. It is okay to enjoy the adventure, in fact joy makes every adventure better!

Letting go of negativity will have an immediate change in your life. As will choosing gratitude. Happiness is your natural state of being, but it is easily forgotten when you get caught up in stress and drama. Whenever happiness seems fleeting, get back in the gratitude grove.

Connect with your inner child and see what would bring joy and happiness into your life, and then choose to do it! Spread joy and happiness with those around you and you will be a force for change.
