Relaxation is just as important as forward movement. Balance always, in all aspects of life. Taking the time to slow down, sink your roots deep, and be, creates space for the Divine to work. You hear your intuition more clearly. You have time to clearly plot out your next steps.

Relaxing takes you out of the doing and into the being. Bringing you back into fully connecting with life around you. Relaxation brings you into a state of allowing. Allowing the world to unfold around you naturally, giving you space for the Divine to work.
