If you crave change in your life, be it a relationship, a job, or home, you must first release. You must let go of the old for the new to come in. You must create space for change by releasing what no longer serves you.

Release old beliefs that are holding you back. Release beliefs that aren’t yours, you may find when examining your beliefs that you are carrying ancestral beliefs forward that aren’t in alignment with who you are. It’s time to end that cycle and move forward with beliefs that are in alignment with your highest good.

As the leaves in fall gently let go of their tree, you to can allow all that no longer serves you to be released. Creating space for new to come into your life.
