Find what brings you peace and joy, and sink into your sanctuary. This can be music, this can be nature, this can be the laughter of your child, it can be baking or cooking, sinking into a book, bird watching, there are so many things.

Find what allows you to release your fears and anxieties. But, it is not something that you mindlessly tune out to, it is something you tune in to. It is what makes your heart sing and your soul open wide.
