Do not lose hope, strive to maintain a positive attitude. Being happy is not something that comes from outside of you, it is a choice you make and continue to make often.

You give your power away when allow circumstances to cause you to be angry. You always have a choice. It is not that you stuff down your feelings, you feel through the situation and choose to view it from a soul’s perspective. Knowing that bad and good are just judgements the egoic mind places on things.

Even the darkest and longest night will end. When you choose to follow your soul path, you have chosen to align your self with the highest good, and that is indeed positive.
