Empaths are highly attuned to energy, they often don’t know where they end and someone else begins. As a sponge they absorb all of the energy around them trying to process it all. It is time to stop doing that beloved ones. It is time for you to take care of you.

The energy on the planet right now is very dense and very draining. There is fear and anger saturating the energy, hanging in the very air. This is not yours to process. You must take steps to not take this in; honor your body when it says enough, even if you feel you should ‘power through,’ do not.

Spend time in nature. Get away from people or areas that drain you. Drink plenty of water. Do creative things. Ask your guides and angels to help you keep your energy clear.
