Often, when experiencing deep emotional pain we feel tender, exposed, broken open, we feel as if our very heart/soul is broken. From a higher perspective you can see this as a beautiful spiritual process.

What no longer serves you, what is not in alignment with your highest good, is falling away. The highest potential is that through this opening you connect more with Spirit and your Soul. That your soul is expanding, that your light more brightly shines.

When you allow for the highest good, even the most painful of experiences can have a positive outcome. Being more open is a positive thing and on a soul level if you have become closed off, and disconnected, being cracked open provides the opportunity to reconnect and move forward on your soul’s path.
