Things are changing right now in alignment for the highest good. Change can be a challenging time for some; the harder you resist, the more difficult it can seem. Relax, let go of the need to control. Trust and allow the transformation to occur; for it will occur!

Change and transformation are a part of evolution, and every sentient being, including Gaia herself, are on an evolutionary path. You are here as part of your soul’s evolution. It is not something that you can avoid, but how you use the opportunities for transformation are up to you.

Transformation can be an amazing and beautiful process; you have only to see how a caterpillar transforms into a beautiful butterfly to know this to be true. Why wouldn’t your transformation be just as beautiful? Learn to allow and surrender into the transformation process, for it is an unavoidable process.
