Your Inner Child has asked me to pass on this message: They miss you and want to reconnect with you through playful, joyful activities. Too often as an adult it is easy to get caught up in life’s activities and demands, and it is easy to put off activities that are not going to help you ‘get ahead.’

By connecting with your inner child daily, and making time for activities that are fun and joyful you will have more energy and creativity that will help you ‘get ahead.’ Not balancing work with play leads quickly to burnout, apathy, even depression.

Schedule in time to have fun. Things that make you laugh til you shed happy tears, exhaust you in a good way, activities that you love to do. Life is not something to be endured, it is something to be celebrated! What better day than today, to have your ‘best day ever!’
