This is a gentle reminder that it is okay to ask for help. Some how asking for help has come to be seen as a weakness instead of a strength. This narrative needs to be changed. No matter what the situation is that you are facing, getting assistance can bring in new ideas and perspectives, and more hands can make short work of a job that needs to be done.

Each person has their own strengths, working with others and adding your strengths to theirs, can be a rewarding experience with everyone learning from one another.

If you see someone that could benefit from your assistance, offer it. Sometimes others need help but are afraid to ask. Offering help can be a way to work around their fear. Communities are formed by this giving and receiving.
