This is a gentle reminder to be open to all of the messages you receive from nature as you go about your day. It could be a feather, it could be a beautiful bird song that brightens your day. You are a part of nature as much as anything else in nature. Your body is attuned to the rhythms and cycles of nature.

Being in nature can bring you back to center; you can connect with Gaia and ask her to transmute energy’s for you. Nature is very healing and balancing; you have only to go out and be a part of it.

Being in nature is an easy way to connect with the fae. You can leave signs that you welcome them into your space and you can leave gifts of gratitude for them.
