Balance is an important aspect while on your journey. It is very easy to get caught up in work, in the rat race of trying to stay ahead of others. This isn’t what you came here to do. If you take time for renewing you will find that you have even more energy for your work.

Take an honest look at your life right now to see where you may be out of balance. Is it too much work? Too much play? Too much procrastinating and not getting anything done? You will know where it is if you are looking at yourself honestly.

Take a break today and regain balance. A power nap or quick meditation can bring an abundance of energy to get through your to do list.
