You are being gently reminded about the healing power of nature. It is easy to get caught up in the ‘doing’ of life, forgetting that you are a human being. This is your call to take a break and get out in nature. It doesn’t matter what season it is, as there is beauty and serenity in all of the seasons.

Is there a place that you find especially beautiful and calming? It’s time to visit there again. Even if it is for a short period if time, healing is available to you there.
🌹
It is helpful if you bring the outside in. This can be physical, having plants inside, it can be things you have picked up during healing times outside that will instantly transport you back to that beach where you found the shell, back to the trail where you found that beautiful rock, back to the old oak where you picked up an acorn. Any way that you connect with nature is healing.
