There are many addictions coming up in the collective to be healed at this time. No one is immune to addiction, it affects rich and poor, women and men, adults and the young. The addictions coming up can be from your past or present, and even from your ancestral line. Now is the time to heal these addictions.

Take an honest look at yourself and look for how addictions have shown up in your life. Do not be so quick to think you don’t have any, or that you have already healed your addictions. Often times one addiction is traded for another that seems to be more acceptable. Look for these hidden types in yourself.

There is no blame or shame associated with addictions. Pure and simple, addictions are a coping mechanism when you are unable to deal with something in your life. Along with getting to the root of the addiction, healing and fulfilling the need that was not being met; you may find that you are able to apply moderation to the addiction because you have healed the cause of it.
