Whatever you have been going over (and over) in your mind, the answer you are being given is no. It is not the right time or it is not the right opportunity or person. No is not a negative, often times saying no, is saying yes to yourself by having appropriate boundaries.

It could be something or someone that you want to say yes to. That you are in fact, rushing in, disregarding your intuition that is telling you no, stop! This is confirmation that this is not the right choice and it’s time to stop.

This may make you angry or annoyed, that’s okay. Feel through those emotions, you may receive insights when you slow down and stop this course of action.
