Inner Child Healing

If you have come upon this card today, it is confirmation that it is time for you to love and support the divine child within you. Your inner child holds all the feelings and emotions that you were not able to process at the time. But, they cannot hold onto these forever, you must now take the burden from your divine child, you are ready.

Sit in quiet contemplation, ask your inner child what it is they would like you to know. Surround them with love and let them know that you are ready to take this from their keeping. They have done a wonderful job holding it, but it is now safe to release it.

If you find you are stuck or unable to do this alone, find a therapist, counselor, healer that is able to hold the space for you and to guide you through this process. Afterwards thank your divine child for their service to you that was done out of pure love.
