It is a time for grounding yourself, and for healing. You cannot continue at this pace, to do so risks an unplanned time out, where you are forced to slow down and pay attention to what is happening to you soul, mind, and body.

Life is meant to be enjoyed, not hurriedly rushing from one crisis to the next. Stop, breathe, restore. This will give you more energy to do things, while keeping everything balanced and grounded.
