Now is not the time to give up on your dreams. Pause, connect with your breath and your higher self. Allow yourself some recovery time. Allow yourself to shed any disillusionments surrounding your dreams now. Allow yourself time to rediscover your inspiration, trust that things are happening in divine time.

If you have been feeling as if you are just going through the motions of your life, not engaged, you would do well to take some time off in order to regain your connection with your inner child, with play and joy. A time to fill your empty tank without guilt.

Take time daily for your spiritual practices. Schedule the time even if you are very busy. Taking time daily to reconnect with your higher self, to reconnect with your soul path. This keeps the egoic mind in check, as you will clearly see when you are moving along the egoic minds path and not your soul’s path.
