Being gentle and vulnerable is not a weakness that the egoic mind thinks, but rather it comes from a space of strength on the soul level. You can never be taken advantage of when you align with the strength of your soul.

True healing and growth can only occur when you release the fears of the egoic mind, shutting down the defenses set up by egoic mind to keep from being hurt, when in reality they block healing and growth. True transformation occurs only when truly open.

0Hz-4Hz are the point in which the delta waves are their slowest, providing deep restorative sleep. The place where the egoic mind is truly shut off. It is the state where your body recovers from injury and restoring the immune system. Your true strength comes from within.
