This comes in as a gentle reminder for you to look at what you are hanging on to. Is it something you’ll need at a later time? Is it something that holds sentimental value? Is it something that brings you joy? Take some time to sit with your thoughts and see what answers come to the surface.

There is a difference between hanging on to something because you know you will have a use for it at a later date; and hanging on to something because you fear you will be lacking in the future. Energizing survival mode is probably not something you want to do if you think about it.

It’s good to take time regularly to look at your attachments and decide whether or not you are going to be using them at a later date, whether or not they bring you joy. If you find you are no longer in need of something and it still is usable, donate it or gift it to someone you know who could put it to use.
