This comes as a gentle reminder that if you are currently feeling isolated in your life that using this time to go within is important for your growth at this time. Often your soul orchestrated this time to provide you time to think and assess everything that is happening.

Other times when you start feeling isolated it is an indication that you have grown past the people, job, situation, that you are currently in. It just means that you are no longer in energetic alignment and it’s time to move forward to what you are now energetically aligned with.

So take some time today to sit with isolation and see where it is showing up in your life. Isolation is a growth opportunity and should be treated as such.
