The Dark Cave can be the place you find yourself to be when you are doing your inner work and facing fears that are holding you back. Think of the Dark Cave as space that is as sacred as the womb. A place where you are supported and nurtured as you go through this growth experience.

Bring in the light of Source to illuminate the areas that are ready to be addressed. Showing the course of action that is needed at this time.

Without Light there is no Darkness and without Darkness there is no Light. There is within all a balance of light and and dark. There are no labels of positive or negative, both light and dark are needed in balance. Do not be afraid to address your areas of darkness for that is where growth lies.
