Using breath work during your meditation is the path the the Temple of Air. Breath is life. Conscious breathing is important to do on a regular basis. Too often shallow breathing is the norm. To connect with your life force is to connect with your breathing practice. Breathing deeply from the diaphragm and fully filling the lungs.

It is important to be grounded before beginning breath work and when visiting the Temple of Air. Being in the Temple of Air can be a giddy experience, grounding keeps you connected so that you may enjoy the lightness, intuitive ideas, while being able to put them into actionable steps back home.
