Throughout your physical life you will experience many rebirths. Some come from the physical growth changes we experience and other rebirths occur after significant life experiences, losing a loved one, an injury, health crisis, relationship endings. Your cycle as a soul is birth-death-rebirth, so it comes as no surprise that you will also experience versions of this while alive in physical form.

You can use these cycles to grow and evolve. Instead of allowing these cycles to put you into a cycle of despair, allow these cycles to unfold and to take the silver lining that is offered through these experiences and allow yourself to grow and evolve.

Instead of fighting against the aging process of the physical body, embrace and celebrate each of the cycles you are in. Each cycle has different things to offer and experience and it is up to you to take advantage of these opportunities.
