There is no good or bad, only higher and lower vibrations. Even the most challenging of experiences have a silver lining, and in hindsight you will see how the experience turned out to be beneficial for you.

Discernment is useful in both your spiritual and physical experiences. Discernment works to mold your experiences. Everything in the physical is a choice, you are on the planet of free will after all. Using your discernment in every choice you make, allows you to consciously create your reality instead of just reacting unconsciously.

Discernment is a way to see situations clearly, cutting through dense energies to the truth. Discernment aligns with your inner knowing, allowing you to instinctively know what the right decision is for you. Do not be afraid to trust yourself, you know better than anyone, what is right for you in any situation.
