If you find that you are struggling, when you are doing deep shadow work within yourself, you will not be stuck in darkness. You will get through this period of intense spiritual growth and feel the expansion of light within and around you.

If you are ready to grow your light and bring healing into your shadow side, look to where you find yourself in judgement of another. These traits that you judge negatively in another are traits you carry in yourself and are ready for healing. Judgement is the guide post that says here is the area that needs compassion, love , and healing.

Your shadow side holds much beauty and transformation within it, there is no need to fear it. Just as Gaia goes through a period of darkness before the rebirth of spring, so do you. These are opportunities for accelerated soul growth, when you understand these cycles, you can use them to their fullest advantage.
