This comes in as a gentle reminder of the power compassion can have in your life. Being compassionate doesn’t mean that you give your power away, that you allow others to take advantage of you. Being compassionate comes from love and acceptance. Being compassionate frees you from the pull of lower energy situations.

Compassion can be used when you find yourself enmeshed in struggle, from an outside situation, or an internal struggle. When you find compassion for others or yourself, it automatically raises the vibration so that you grow spiritually instead of being stuck in the cycle of struggle.

Compassion is in alignment with your soul. Compassion shines from your inner light, growing stronger each time you choose to be compassionate. When you practice compassion you will find less struggle in your life and more peace and contentment.
