Change can be scary to experience, and often instead of learning to flow with change, there is a desire to control things in an effort to negate change. This doesn’t work. Life is ever changing. You are always growing and evolving, you can do this consciously or unconsciously, change is still going to happen.

We have become disconnected with Gaia and with the cosmos. Thinking we can control or change time; or that downtime is not needed, that life is always at a hectic pace in an effort to have more, do more, experience more. If you have found that this describes you, then it is time for you to slow down and connect with your soul: are you on the right path? Do you need to take time to do healing? Do you just need to rest and rejuvenate?

In the simplest of terms, life is based on the cycle of growth; plant the seed, tend and cultivate the seed, growth, and then rest and planning for the next cycle. What are you doing to support this in your life? We are not meant to stay the same. Everything experiences growth, from the physical body to relationships that you have. Everything on Gaia is here to grow. Take some time to tend your own growth cycle.
