You are being asked to be open and experience all that life has to offer, the good and the bad (there is no good or bad, just experiences). When you close yourself off due to fear you miss out on the fullness of life’s offerings. There is no light without dark. No one is immune to change, that is the constant of life, it is every changing in the most beautiful ways.

Living and dying with an open heart is a courageous act. Be open to all of the experiences that come to you, for you have orchestrated this before you came into form.

This asks you to say yes to all of life’s experiences that come your way. In the end it is not the things that you regret not having, but the experiences you did not have.
