This comes in with the suggestion that you bring compassion to the forefront of your interactions with all. The world is divisive right now, pitting one side against another; being uncaring with how your actions affect others, be they human, animal, or environmental. The world is a cold and uncaring place right now, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. As with everything, change will start small and grow swiftly. You can assist in bringing change.

Look around your daily interactions, where can you be compassionate? Where can you bring light and love? Where can you uplift another? Where can you pay it forward? Compassion is an easy habit to step into, all you have to do is bring awareness to all your interactions and make the conscious choice to do no harm.

It can be hard to be compassionate to those who have hurt you. Compassion can make you feel vulnerable, that is not what you want to be, around someone who has hurt you. This asks you to step into the place of who hurt you, once you have done this you then may perceive how they were wounded and in pain when they lashed out and hurt you. We all carry pain, and wounds. Have compassion for yourself as well as others and the world will change.
