Wailing Tree comes in today to remind you that it is important to sit with and feel through all of your emotions, even the difficult ones. Sometimes you avoid them because you do not want to feel, other times it’s because you do not want to see the wisdom they are sharing with you, or even that you’re afraid that you won’t come out the other side, that you will remain stuck. These are all valid feelings and it is important to acknowledge them in order to move past them.

It is also important that you acknowledge the disappointment that you may be feeling, any loss you are feeling, to mourn the way things might of been, to look for the silver lining. These are all important things to do before moving forward. To skip this step only means that it will come up again in the future for you to address.

This is just a temporary part of life, yes, it can be difficult and challenging, but you can do it! Great growth follows this process of integration. You will find that your life is enriched when you allow yourself feel everything. The sun will shine again in all its glory.
