On the planet of free will everything is a choice you have made, even the emotions you are feeling. It is time to change your attitude. When you change your attitude things around you will change; change comes from within.

You are being encouraged to talk with your inner child, what would they like to do and then do it! Do things that make you laugh from the belly, do things that make you feel joyful and carefree, stop worrying about what others will think. Have the carefree innocence of a child and leave the harshness behind.

Spread joy all around you. Wink at a stranger, share your smile with everyone you see. Often the Joyful Muse comes to you after you have been dealt sorrow. Inviting you to find the beauty and grace in the situation. Look for inspiration, you will find it all around you when you shift your perception.
