Your ascendant covers three areas: how you present yourself to the world, how you see the world, and how the world sees you. While they are related they are distinctly different and it is valuable for you to have a clear picture of all three. There are filters that can distort the truth of any situation. These filters include, your privilege, your trauma, your beliefs and assumptions. You are being encouraged to look with clear eyes at these areas.

Do your words and signals that you give off match your intentions? Do you pretend you’re fine when you’re not? Do you lie? Do you purposely disguise your intentions? Despite your best efforts at subterfuge, your energy is what people read and it will show whether or not your intention match your words and actions. Take responsibility for how you are perceived in the world. If you don’t like the way you are viewed, make changes.

Look past another’s appearances and into the heart where the truth lies. Respond to others from a place of acceptance and nonjudgment. When you live your life based from the heart center there is no need for the games. Live a life of integrity and show the world what that looks like.
