You are being asked to allow the hurt and pain from the past to heal so that they will become wisdom and compassion that you can use in the present. Chiron points out areas of trauma and pain that you are carrying in this lifetime. They can be pains that occurred in this lifetime or in past lifetimes that are ready to be healed.

You may never know why you experienced this pain, why another caused you pain. But neither is needed to heal the pain and move forward. So don’t waste your time searching for causes and whys, use your energy to heal and move forward. Using the wisdom you’ve learned to assist others.

There can be layers to pain. When an old pain is triggered, have compassion with yourself. You healed this in the past, and you are able to heal this new layer and move forward again.
