There are going to be times in your life where you are out of your element, where you don’t know quite what is going on and what you should be doing, this can bring up a lot of discomfort, self doubt, and self criticism. You may even be experiencing one of those time now. If so, step back, breathe, watch what is happening without expectation. There, before you know it, you can see where you can help, what you can do now even with limited skills for this situation.

It’s easy to slip into self pity and doubt when you are in situations that cause you discomfort, but when you have a plan in place ahead of time on how to meet these challenges, they spend less time as challenges and transform into learning experiences.

You are being challenged to grow in a direction that you had not predicted. Life threw you a left turn, when you thought you were going right. It is times like these that define you, how will you respond? Will you accept the challenge and grow? Or will you waste time crying why me? The choice is always yours.
