Kinship plays an important part in life. It is the family that you choose, it is made up of like minded souls that support you and encourage you to stretch yourself and grow. This group is full of happy experiences, fun, and joy. They are the people that get you through the hard times, always willing to make time with you a priority.

One important thing to remember about kinship is that it is ever evolving and changing. Sometimes there can be an explosive dissolution or other times a quiet growing apart. This is normal. You are ever evolving as are those who you find kinship with. Allow those that leave to leave with love and grace for the part they played in your life.

There will be times in your life that are void of kinship. Resist the temptation to close yourself off from others or to blame yourself or another for their leaving. Instead open yourself to those who you resonate with. Network with groups of like mind and soon you will find yourself with those who share kinship with you at this time of your life.
