Sensitivity and Strength

This comes in with a gentle suggestion to take a look at how sensitivity and strength play out in your life. How do you view yourself being sensitive? How do you view yourself being strong? Do you find that you have some reservations showing strength or allowing others to see your sensitivity? It’s time to look at these and see what beliefs you have that could be revised.

As with everything in life, there needs to be balance between strength and sensitivity. Using strength in every situation can make you look like a bully, forcing your way on those around you. Being too sensitive can mean that you don’t act forcefully enough at times, allowing others to bully you.
🌹
It is possible to be both strong and sensitive. Awareness is the key to maintaining a balance between the two. When you look at situations from the soul level you will know when to use your strength to assist yourself and others and when sensitivity is called for to sooth the situation so a way forward may be seen that is for the highest good of all.
