Just as you have countless angels and guides that are there to help you whenever you request it; there are many ascended masters that are available to help you whenever you are in need of their assistance. Ascended Masters have lived and walked through life in physical form. They understand what it means to be spirit on a physical journey and as such, they can offer valuable advice to you.

There are many Ascended Masters to connect with, you should be able to find one that resonates with you. You can ask your guides who would be a good Ascended Master to work with or you can study the different masters to find one who you can then ask to work with you.

Mother Mary, Jesus, St Germain, Quan Yin, are but a few of the more familiar Ascended Masters. A quick internet search will bring you many names and histories for you to learn about their lives in the physical. Open your heart to the wisdom they have to offer you.
